Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a refund or exchange.
We accept returns & exchanges for:
- Items that are defective / damaged
- Items received that are incorrect (not as per the order your made)
- Items not received within 60 days of purchase
Refunds will be issued via store credit for the item price only. Shipping fees for the original order and return are non-refundable.
Store credit will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sale or promotional items
- Items returned due to incorrect sizing
- Change of mind purchases
We recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing an order to ensure the best fit.
How to get a Refund / Exchange?
To initiate a refund or exchange, please email us at info@kindredthelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your item and include the following details:
- Subject line: Refund / Exchange for Order #[Your Order Number]
- Reason for the refund or exchange
- Clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s)
All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with the tags still attached.
Once we receive your e-mail, we will send you an acknowledgment along with the return address.
When the item reaches us and meets the above requirements, you will receive either:
- A refund in store credit for the item price within 10 business days, or
- A replacement item if the product was defective, damaged or incorrect.
We are not liable for items lost in transit. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a registered postal service with tracking to return your item.
